Notice of Temporary Suspension of Point Usage Due to Online Shop System Migration

Thank you for always using the OSAJI online shop.
Due to a system migration for the online shop, we regret to inform you that point accrual will be temporarily suspended at both directly managed stores and the online shop during the period below.

■ Point accrual and usage suspension period
February 24 (Tuesday) - February 25 (Wednesday), 2026

For orders placed during the above period, points will be accrued sequentially, with an estimated completion between the afternoon of February 26 (Thursday) and around February 28 (Saturday).
Please rest assured that there will be no change in the number of points awarded.

【Important】Request for full registration for app members (regarding points)
The online shop is scheduled to undergo a system migration starting February 26 (Thursday). Along with this, app member information and points held will also be migrated, but those who are currently "tentatively registered" will not be eligible for point migration.

If full registration is not completed by February 25 (Wednesday), your current points will expire.

To continue using your points, please complete the full registration process by February 25 (Wednesday). Full registration can be completed simply by completing email verification according to the instructions within the app.
