Job title: Skincare brand (OSAJI) directly managed store staff
Employment type: Full-time employee
Application requirements: No academic background or experience required, sales/beauty sales experience preferred
Salary: ¥230,000~/month
Working days: Shift system
Working hours: 7.5 hours of actual work
Probationary period: 3 months (conditions remain unchanged)
Holidays: Approximately 125 days
Work location: Nagoya Gate Tower Mall store

2. Skincare brand "OSAJI" wholesale sales staff
Responsible for sales activities to wholesale OSAJI products to channels such as department stores, select shops, cosmetic specialty stores, wholesale EC, and hotel amenities.
You will play an important role in building relationships with clients, proposing sales strategies, providing sales floor support, and managing sales, thereby conveying the brand's worldview to more people.
Job duties
【Sales Activities】
・Sales proposals to clients
・Negotiations, condition negotiations, sales promotion proposals, sales floor improvement support
【Policy planning and execution】
・Planning and promotion of promotional measures and POPUP events for clients
・Deployment of guidance materials and promotional materials for new product launches
【Sales and inventory management】
・Sales/budget management for 담당得意先
・Regular sales reports, analysis, and various reports to supervisors
【Internal collaboration】
・Collaboration with marketing, logistics, planning, development, and production management departments
【Market and competitor analysis】
・Hearing and research on market trends, competitor products, and distribution trends
・Understanding price ranges, trends, and customer demographics for each sales channel
Desired experience and skills
・More than 2 years of wholesale sales experience in the consumer goods industry (products with many SKUs)
・Sales experience in any channel such as department stores, commercial facilities, or wholesale EC
・Experience in planning and operating sales promotions and POPs
・Experience in developing new clients (from negotiation to condition negotiation, contract signing, and delivery)
・Experience in creating proposal documents (PowerPoint) and sales documents (Excel, using functions)
・Experience in managing appropriate selling, general and administrative expenses
・Communication skills to build good relationships with colleagues, coworkers, and clients, and to carry out work
・Logical thinking, analytical skills, problem-solving skills
・Resilience to flexibly respond and persevere even in difficult situations
Employment type: Full-time employee

Salary: ¥310,000~/month (considering experience and ability)
Working days: Flextime system

② Cafe staff
Customer service and cooking duties at the attached cafe
• Cooking and customer service experience preferred
• Those interested in cooking, confectionery making, and fermentation are welcome
• Working hours: Full-time / 2 days/week ~, 4 hours/day ~ (negotiable)
③ Perfume blending staff
Perfume blending and customer service/sales duties
• No experience welcome
• Those interested in fragrances and customer service experience preferred
• Working hours: 3 days/week ~, 4 hours/day ~ (negotiable)
