This book explains the mechanisms of the skin in an easy-to-understand way and introduces "beauty from within" recipes for each season.
Key ingredients are selected to address common skin concerns in each season: pollen season, new beginnings, rainy season, peak summer, dry season, and deep winter.
These "beauty from within" recipes are based on years of research into beauty theory, applying ancient Asian wisdom to regulate the body with seasonal ingredients, and bring out the skin's natural beauty.
Included is a mind map that allows you to freely arrange the recipes by changing ingredients and seasonings. This allows you to enjoy a rich variety of dishes with different flavors through various combinations.

・Conclusion

I have consistently received consultations from people with various skin concerns and have provided guidance on skincare methods.
While many of these concerns have been alleviated, bringing joy to many, I have also frequently encountered challenges that skincare alone cannot address. For example, if someone has excessive sebum and a shiny face, even frequent cleansing will result in the same condition over time, and it's difficult to control sebum with lotion. In such cases, I have always explained that improvement can only be achieved through dietary changes.
My mission is to empathize with the skin concerns of many people and lead them to a positive mindset. To achieve this, I felt the need to go beyond the realm of skincare and genuinely help through food as well, which led to the publication of this book.
