● To cover dullness under the eyesApplying this before foundation or concealer can help create a beautiful base makeup while providing moisture and a brighter look.

● For touch-upsFor fixing makeup under the eyes or at the outer corners, where foundation might crease or dryness is a concern. Take an appropriate amount with your ring finger and gently dab it to blend. This will provide moisture and a brighter look.
Be careful not to stroke horizontally, as this can cause your base makeup to shift.
