Tuning Lucent Oil

After towel-drying, take an appropriate amount in your hand and spread it evenly, focusing on the ends of your hair. It can also be used on dry hair.
If using on dry hair, spread an appropriate amount in your palm and then work it into the ends of your hair, as if massaging it in.
